Realizing a need after spending 40 years of experience in real estate development, residential & commercial sales and property management, New Town HOA Management was founded by the Rinehart companies, in response to community outreach and demand for an independent, professional association management company that is thorough and responsive to client needs. Our goal in everything we do is to protect the investment made by property owners and to ensure they can be proud of their community, no matter how large or small.
